1/26/2024 The story behind Rubbing kindness: Proprietary topical formula for relief & relaxationRead NowSince I first began practicing Massage in 2006, I used anti inflammatory and pain relieving rubs on my clients facing chronic and acute muscle & joint pain and soreness. I began with using Arnica Montana infused in oil on my clients. But when CBD became legal and readily available in 2016, I began to study the topical benefits, recommended dosage and effectiveness of the variety of sources and extraction methods, to develop my own formula for my clients, friends & family. Going deeper into the formula development, I found that Ayurvedic Health Care research pointed to Boswellic Acid extracts of Frankincense gum resin, as time tested relief for arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. Utilizing years of research and my 30 years experience in extracting and studying herbal medicine, along with extensive field testing for 3 years, lead to the creation of my proprietary topical formula, Rubbing Kindness, for use in my practice and for use in Massage Therapy for effective relief and relaxation.
